New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, project and initiative support to executive and senior leadership with responsibility for customer centered utility services.
Major Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to support decision-making, effectively and efficiently employing internal and external informational resources.
• Participate in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including KPIs and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure timely management of invoices, project deadlines, and communications or initiatives requiring responses or input.
• Support executive scheduling through effective prioritization, problem solving and time management.
• Support multi-departmental budget tracking and reconciliation.
• Create, edit, print, file and distribute communications and materials using technologies including, but not limited to, the Microsoft suite of products and Adobe.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences ensuring all required information is available.
• Arrange travel and transportation and processes related business expenses.
• Independently manage essential job functions and assignments, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster teamwork.
• Coordinate planning for large and small team events, including locations, menus, travel and other related logistics.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or some college coursework preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Project Specialist, Program Manager, or similar.
• Experience in budget tracking and reconciliation is required.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $66,300- $84,500.
Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.
This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.
