We’re looking for a Regional Client Services Manager who thrives on bringing people together to achieve outstanding results. In this role, you will lead and support a team of Senior Client Services Managers within our Wealth Client Services Implementation team.
This role is available while our current Regional Manager is on maternity leave. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension, and can be based anywhere in Australia.

What would your week look like?
- Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Client Service Managers, driving team performance and collaboration across regions.
- Champion a client-first culture, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and enhances client satisfaction.
- Leverage systems and technology to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and support seamless client service delivery.
- Build trusted relationships with Partners, Advisers, and internal teams, acting as a senior escalation point.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data protection standards, proactively managing risks.

You’Ll Bring:
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a results-driven approach to providing exceptional client service
- Proven experience and advanced knowledge of the Financial Planning process in particular with Implementation Advice
- Advanced knowledge in the operation of investment platforms and MDA models
- The ability to spearhead and implement change initiatives across a regional structure
- Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in managing workflows and leveraging systems or technology to optimise capacity, improve efficiency, and enhance team performance.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
