Data and Analytics Analyst

The Data & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data sets of varying complexity and providing insights to improve business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Salary: The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

• Conducts data analysis and provides insights to support business decision-making. 
• Develops and maintains analytical models and tools to support business needs. 
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems. 
• Provides guidance and mentorship to Data & Analytics Analysts.

Qualifications

What You'Ll Need For Success:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable combination of education and experience. 
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and management. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Oracle, and other data analysis tools. 
• Experience in data modeling and database design.
•  Some experience in data visualization and reporting. 
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
