The WFM Evolution & Enablement team within Strategic Planning and Operational Enablement (SPOE), is seeking a Project Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical products and solutions for our customers. The candidate will engage with, business stakeholders, product owners and vendor teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities and implement the best solution. The candidate will also be coordinating with business units to prioritize, plan, and execute in-line with product development initiatives and regulatory needs.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Be accountable for owning and implementing globally aligned business process improvements to enhance efficiencies, quality and customer experience in support of our internal customers.
  • Deliver internal productivity opportunities through the delivery of projects within our Global Capacity and Contact Management organization primarily through process improvement but also with a view to defect and bad demand elimination, and efficient demand management
  • Be responsible for creating new ideas and opportunities to drive positive reengineering and customer experience outcomes, to form part of their own or the wider teams’ project pipeline
  • Be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects or work, in support of organizational objectives, through personal project leadership as well as support and oversight of local Project analyst(s)
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business Partners and with other key stakeholders (Capabilities, Technologies, Vendors, and other central teams) - influence others in developing new ideas and concepts.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with process owners, local managers and key business contacts.
  • Facilitates team level processes and execution with leadership, domain and technical acumen.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Project management skills, knowledge, and experience of successfully leading projects
  • Experience creating analytical reports & communicating findings.
  • Experience presenting to large / senior / challenging audiences, a plus
  • Ability to translate business requirements into working reporting solutions
  • Able to analyze / understand data relationships and create reports independently based on requirements
  • Able to clearly articulate metric formulas and work with other Technical teams for data flows
  • Experience with establishing effective metrics and measures for projects
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and utilize data driven change management principles to drive results
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with peers, stakeholders and customers
  • Desire to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Flexible in schedule / working hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Subject matter expertise in GCCM and technical knowledge of how to design and develop new products or capabilities would be preferred.
  • Experience with other project methodologies such as Prince 2, LEAN, Six Sigma and Agile/Scrum methodology, are a plus
  • Experience creating analytical reports (Excel / Pivot tables, Charts ) - Access / Tableau knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
