Logistics Analyst

Coordinate airfreight of critical parts for priority orders as per the procedures in a timely manner.

Process the Premium freight order and payment process to the freight forwarders

Identify appropriate solutions for individual premium freight requests and liaise with SCM/carrier for quick delivery. 

Establish Lead-Time Performance Reporting & Monitoring tool incl. dispute process.

Ocean Container Management incl. time window management based on FIFO

Monitoring the material flow and tracking delayed ASN/manifest in consolidation point (COP) and following up with COP for on-time movement to the Material synchronization center (MSC) and to the final receiving location. 

Demurrage tracking/Analysis and dispute process for Sea containers & Trailers

Coordinate with supply chain team and Initiate Lane setup activity for new suppliers (Import).

Education Qualification:  Any bachelor’s degree or MBA in supply chain & logistics with a Minimum of 3 to 4 yrs of work experience in Global Transportation, Customs & Logistics.

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Strong Knowledge of Power BI or Qlik sense - Added advantage

High level of analytical skills, understanding of and ability to interpret and manipulate metrics, analytics, and data and produce actionable insights, handling of big data

Very good communication skills, ability to deal at all levels of the organization, and use appropriate communication style and tone.
