Job Responsibilities:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading full-cycle project management: from requirements gathering, development, testing, change management, to post-implementation monitoring.
• Evaluating current business processes to identify risks and inefficiencies, and recommending automation solutions to enhance productivity.
• Designing and maintaining data pipelines, conducting data analysis and visualisation, and developing dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Acting as a bridge between business units and IT, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of digital solutions.
• Supporting user adoption of new systems through training, documentation, and ongoing engagement.
• Participating in the design and enhancement of in-house applications and backend systems using modern technology stacks.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contributing to a dynamic, collaborative team environment focused on excellence and innovation in public sector digital projects.
• Assisting with ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by your supervisor.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in software development. Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working in Agile and fast-paced environments.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness; confident in presenting ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
