JOB SUMMARY:
Manage, oversee, and cultivate the activities of the Entertainment Broker Relations department with our show partners and marketing team. This role should help maintain and foster all relationships with our channel partners. This includes researching new partner and what’s trending in the industry.  You should be able to looks at sales trends and make recommendations to maximize ticket sales through the various sales channels. Strategizes on increasing revenue for Caesars entertainment events, attractions, and partners.  Maintains all Caesars Entertainment Account Manager sites. Assists with the development and implementation of departmental Broker policies, special projects and appropriate documentation. Owns reporting strategies for Las Vegas city-wide box offices. Other duties as assigned. Archtics and Account Manager Knowledge Preferred.



KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates all support, service, and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets and goals
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Ensures partner compliance with contractual terms.
  • Drives adoption of new programs and offerings
  • Create and manage Broker Addendums for all Entertainment and Attractions
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable team to manage payment and fulfillment processes.
  • Execute all Platinum and premium sale offers through Ticketmaster and maintain reporting
  • Generates reporting as needed.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of departmental Broker policies, special projects and appropriate documentation.
  • Special projects assigned by manager.  (ie, integrations, event builds, etc)

Additional Requirements:

  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • • 2-4 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System, including Archtics and Account Manager, or related field experience
  • • Box Office experience is required
  • • Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
  • • Service oriented
  • • Works well under supervision
  • • Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed, take initiative, be proactive, motivated
  • • good attendance, multi-task, seek solutions, and understand the duties and performs them without waiting for instruction
  • • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • • Good organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • • Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills
  • • H. S. diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree is preferred
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • • Computer skills required, particularly spreadsheet; database knowledge is helpful
  • • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
  • • Must present a well-groomed appearance
  • • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

  • • Must be able to continuously maneuver around office, effectively work at a desk and respond to written and aural cues

• Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
