This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:
8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid break. There may also be occasional rotational weekend coverage (5 hours) if needed.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a sales-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers while driving business growth. The primary focus will be on generating sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and quotes.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls for We Move Cars, JCS Shipping, and Bike Logistics, promoting services and converting leads into sales.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales emails, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to share feedback, improve processes, and achieve collective sales goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (preferably within shipping, logistics, or automotive industries).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling both inbound customer support and outbound sales calls.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • A positive, proactive, and resilient attitude.
