Job Title: Customer Project Manager Intern
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 Months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: Students enrolled in the last semesters of undergraduate studies in Engineering (preferably in a relevant field related to technology or telecommunications).

- Coordinate and manage customer projects, immersing yourself in the fast-paced and innovative telecommunications industry.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring efficient project execution aligned with engineering requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, allocating resources, tracking progress, and tackling any challenges that arise, all while fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues by taking a proactive approach to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Follow best-in-class Nokia processes and tools to maintain all the project documents updated and properly registered.
- Contribute your ideas and innovative thinking to continuously improve our project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
You are a great fit if you have:
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
- English proficiency to effectively communicate with global project stakeholders and read technical documentation.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
