Hr Manager, WrocłAw

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and lead our HR operations in Wrocław. In this role, you will take full ownership of recruitment, HR policies, compliance, and people engagement as we ramp up our operations in Poland.

In short, you will

• Lead and execute recruitment and onboarding processes together with department managers
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Polish labor law
• Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll administration
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support leaders in building strong teams
• Manage performance review processes and track employee progress
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support business decisions

We Use

• Internally developed and external systems (e.g. Teamtailor, Humaans, scheduling system) to manage our recruitment and HR needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (alternatively 7+ years of HR experience)
• 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a manager role
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, shift schedule planning, and performance management in an operations environment
• Fluent in Polish and English

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or retail industries
• Experience working in multinational environments
• Knowledge of European HR regulations
• Experience in employer branding or workforce planning
