Work You’ll Do

As an Oracle Application Management Support Specialist Master for the Payroll module, you will:

Oversee ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, issue resolution, and system optimization for clients
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, collaborating to address payroll-related inquiries, system enhancements, and regulatory changes
Design, configure, and test payroll system updates, patches, and enhancements to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
Analyze payroll processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Mentor and train client and Deloitte teams on Oracle Cloud Payroll functionalities, best practices, and new features, fostering knowledge transfer and capability building
Manage incident resolution and change requests, leveraging analytical skills to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payroll issues
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes, system configurations, and support activities

Qualifications

Required:

7+ years of consulting or industry experience with delivering HCM solutions
3+ years of experience with post-production support of the Payroll module for Oracle HCM Cloud
1+ years of experience with application management support (AMS) for the public sector
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Bachelor's Degree
