Work You’ll Do

As an Oracle Application Management Support Specialist Master for the Payroll module, you will:

  • Oversee ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, issue resolution, and system optimization for clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, collaborating to address payroll-related inquiries, system enhancements, and regulatory changes
  • Design, configure, and test payroll system updates, patches, and enhancements to meet evolving business and compliance requirements
  • Analyze payroll processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency
  • Mentor and train client and Deloitte teams on Oracle Cloud Payroll functionalities, best practices, and new features, fostering knowledge transfer and capability building
  • Manage incident resolution and change requests, leveraging analytical skills to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payroll issues
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes, system configurations, and support activities

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of consulting or industry experience with delivering HCM solutions
  • 3+ years of experience with post-production support of the Payroll module for Oracle HCM Cloud
  • 1+ years of experience with application management support (AMS) for the public sector
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • Active Certified Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Specialist
