Training Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, leading change and future leadership positions.

• Key coach and mentor for all aspects of safety within the facility 
• Incident/accident investigation 
• Promote safe and healthy work environment 
• Create excitement and engagement of our safety culture 
• Report and identify opportunities to improve 
• Continuous improvement to our organization’s safety 
• Train and monitor safety standards 
• Management and facilitation of documentation/Certifications 
• Facilitate safety orientation for new hires 
• Post secondary education considered an asset  
• Excellent communication skills.  
• Comfortable having difficult conversations. 
• Agile, organized and able to manage conflicting priorities. 
• Advance working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products 
• Work with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time frames
