The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our small and medium-sized customers succeed with Scrive. You’ll combine direct interaction with customers and smart automation to scale value, drive adoption, and ensure long-term success.
You can be based anywhere within the EU, even though it would be a great bonus if you could be located at our HQ in Stockholm where we apply a flexible hybrid work model.
In This Role, You Will Be Part Of A Team That:
- manages and grows a large customer portfolio – you will be supporting small and medium businesses across their lifecycle.
- drives adoption and business outcomes – you will empower customers to embed Scrive solutions into their processes.
- is the voice of the customer – you will collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and Support to continuously improve.
- secures renewals and expansions – you will use data-driven insights to prevent churn and identify growth opportunities.
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have:
- Experience with automation and one-to-many customer engagement (e.g. lifecycle flows, digital success programs).
- You’re tech-curious and feel comfortable navigating IT landscapes and understanding how things connect
- Experience working with B2B customers, ideally in an automation role, customer success or customer support role
- Experience in the digitalisation industry (preferably SaaS), and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A pragmatic, value-driven mindset - you’re motivated by creating real impact and thrive in a collaborative environment where success is shared, not individual
- You're a people person at heart - a great listener, humble, and naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues
- Fluency in English and Swedish and EU residency or work permit
🌟 Bonus Points If You Have/Are:
- Experience from working in a CS-tool such as Planhat, CRM-tool such as Salesforce and/or ticketing system such as Zendesk/Freshdesk
- A university degree in a relevant field or a degree towards marketing automation
- Fluent in German or Dutch
- Living in the Stockholm area
- Experience from a high-growth/scale-up environment
