We’re honored to welcome The Driskill Hotel into the MML family—revitalizing Austin’s most iconic hotel while honoring its storied past. Within the hotel, The Victorian brings new energy to a timeless space: a reimagined Western pub featuring a two-level barroom, mezzanine lounge, live music, bold cocktails, and elevated fare.

As a Host at The Victorian, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive. We’re looking for someone who is warm, welcoming, organized, and able to manage the flow of a busy dining room with grace and professionalism.

What You'Ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the waitlist as needed
• Provide menus, answer questions, and guide guests through their initial experience
• Seat guests while balancing preferences with proper table rotation
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks, and service
• Respond to concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Support teammates and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Salary Description $20/hour
