We’re honored to welcome The Driskill Hotel into the MML family—revitalizing Austin’s most iconic hotel while honoring its storied past. Within the hotel, The Victorian brings new energy to a timeless space: a reimagined Western pub featuring a two-level barroom, mezzanine lounge, live music, bold cocktails, and elevated fare.

As a Busser at The Victorian, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the flow of service on the floor. You’ll help ensure tables are reset quickly, water glasses stay full, and the dining room remains clean and welcoming. We’re looking for team players who are dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both guests and servers to create a smooth dining experience.

What You'Ll Do:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest needs
• Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations throughout the shift
• Assist with running food and supporting the service team during busy shifts
• Support teammates and complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
