You'll also spend time on learning new data skills: we'll specifically allocate time for you to attend trainings, try new technologies, or work on side projects, so that you can grow with the team.

  • Problem-solving and solution design
  • Data modeling
  • Visualization and product development
  • Power BI for rapidly building dashboards
  • Snowflake as our primary storage and compute engine
  • dbt, a SQL-based framework for defining, testing, and documenting transformations and data models
  • Azure Data Lake for archival and staging
  • Prefect for orchestration
  • Terraform for infrastructure configuration and provisioning
  • git for version control
  • GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps for CI/CD
  • HVR for CDC (change data capture) from relational data stores
  • Fivetran, Stitch, and custom integrations for batch-based integrations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Four+ years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer
  • Experience building dashboards or with visualization & designing user experiences
  • Experience designing KPIs: you understand and can communicate the impacts of selecting one metric over another
  • A highly quantitative background
  • Experience with dbt
  • Deep knowledge of SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Python or R
