About The Role:

We're on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Organic Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team at our Denmark office. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in crafting and executing engaging organic social strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and growth in the Danish market.

What You'Ll Do:

• Develop and manage organic social media content calendars tailored to the Danish audience
• Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and increase reach
• Stay up to date with trends in social media, gaming, and Danish culture to keep content relevant and fresh
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to align social efforts with broader marketing goals
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments/messages, and build a loyal following

What We'Re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in iGaming, tech, or entertainment
• Native or fluent Danish speaker with strong written communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior in Denmark
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• A creative mindset and a passion for social trends and digital culture
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, or similar)
