About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Treasury team with primary focus on cash reconciliation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven drive for process improvement, combining technical proficiency in reconciliation and variance analysis with the strategic mindset to identify opportunities to streamline treasury operations. This role is perfect for someone who can execute daily critical functions while driving operational excellence and implementing solutions that enhance overall efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash receipts and distributions.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and design scalable solutions to close process gaps and enhance controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across treasury operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Investor Operations, and other teams to ensure accurate and aligned cash reporting.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of applicable work experience with emphasis on analytics preferably in a financial services or fintech related industry
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills in prior roles
- Background in loan servicing, accounting, or finance highly desired
