Shine Social Brand is seeking a motivated and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Houston. You will play a key role in supporting organizational leadership initiatives, working closely with mentors and managers to develop team capacity and improve performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in leadership training programs and workshops
  • Support team leads in executing development strategies
  • Facilitate group discussions and leadership exercises
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to improve engagement and retention
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to team members
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of professional development sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of leadership program participation and progress
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or related field preferred
  • Strong interest in leadership, training, and people development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured leadership pathway
  • Competitive salary: $64,000–$69,000
