We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual who excels in building relationships, resolving client concerns, and managing account activities with precision and care. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting internal departments with account-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients regarding account status.
