Interns are involved at every stage of building design, from conceptualization to completion, working alongside a supportive and experienced team of structural engineers.

- Site Visits: Join site visits and observations for firsthand exposure to construction methods and progress.
- Design Process Insight: Observe how creative concepts evolve into technical plans, coordinated with architects and contractors, and ultimately realized on-site.
- Team Collaboration: Integrate with engineers, designers, and project managers, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to each assignment.
- Structural Software Training: Apply structural analysis and simulations using industry-standard tools such as Revit, RAM, and RISA. Help us solve complex problems integrating AI tools.
- Educational Webinars: Our team at KPFF Latitude puts on several educational webinars a month driven by our CIP Team. Their focus is both on technical topics and also sessions on relevant industry topics.

- Help contribute to meaningful projects you can visit and proudly claim as part of your early career journey.
- Receive one-on-one mentorship from passionate and experienced structural engineers.
- Develop professional skills and form valuable connections for your future career in structural engineering.
- Become part of a workplace culture that celebrates collaboration, creativity, and exploration.
