Role Overview:

As a Group Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, contributing to the overall financial performance and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for review
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost control and improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification
• Previous experience in a similar management accounting role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
