So, what’s the role all about?
We’re looking for a seasoned Specialist DevOps Engineer with a strong development background and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, databases, and scripting. You’ll be part of a dynamic team interfacing with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support, helping deliver enterprise-grade solutions in the Risk and Compliance domain. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about scalable, secure systems—this role is for you.

How will you make an impact?
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and configuring software features aligned with enterprise standards.You’ll collaborate directly with customers to resolve technical queries and support user acceptance testing.You’ll work independently across cross-functional teams and may occasionally engage on-site or across time zones.You’ll contribute to high-impact projects in the financial domain, including AML, fraud detection, and compliance systems.You’ll help build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern DevOps tools and cloud platforms.

Have you got what it takes?

• 8–12 years of IT industry experience
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years in pure development
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting
• Exposure to Python is a plus
• Experience in AWS or other cloud environments
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Risk and Compliance solutions
• Experience in AML, Fraud, or Financial Markets is a strong advantage
• Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in time-critical environments
• High attention to detail and adaptability to changing business needs
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and scalable architecture
