About The Role:
The Senior Manager of Education, International plays a critical role in the strategic planning, execution and management of education in the field. Partnering closely with the Senior Director of Global Pro Education, this individual will support the design and rollout of educational messaging, programs and resources to the Regional Education Field Team, Sales Field team, and stylists. They will coordinate and manage the education activities to support distributors' and key retailers' yearly initiatives. This position is an important bridge between OLAPLEX and the distributor and retailer network for the strategic planning of education programs and resources while supporting the overall sales goals.
The Senior Manager of Education, International will have complete knowledge of OLAPLEX and programs with the ability to train and develop educational resources to deliver best-in-class education to salons, stylists and retailers
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Director of Global Education to ensure messaging, usage and positioning are aligned for each region and execution of education plans
- Independently manage distributor relationships and be the brand contact for the day-to-day education needs
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop/implement sampling plans, training levers and distributor targeted needs to grow the business in both pro and retail
- Responsible for the global translation process including managing platform, inputting copy, coordinating with native speakers on accuracy, enhancing the algorithm of current platform for, and directly managing internal sharing platform
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Retail Education on development and execution to support all retailers, including building yearly plans and quantifying KPIs
- Manage internal gratis delivery + budgets
- Ensure LMS systems are updated with most relevant training materials for all retailers, including pre-planning asset needs and working directly with partner for uploading
- Work closely with IT, US based Sr. Manager of Pro Education, and Global Marketing to own, develop and execute internal framework for systems and processes
- Development of training materials, class formats, and education programs for proper technical trainings
- Manage team of Regional Education Field Team, distributor educators, freelancers and advocates
- Monthly tracking reports to measure KPI’s of education
- Identify, develop and grow the freelancer team of educators based on business need
- Responsible for ensuring field education team has products, training assets and items needed to be successful in salons
- Coordinate field education team to set up training and coordinate logistics on materials and meeting requirements.
- Weekly Repsley reporting to VP of Global Education, ensuring field education team are completing all reporting and data as required
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop/implement sampling plans, training levers and distributor targeted needs to grow the business

- Coordinate education portion of shows including model recruitment, material lists, budget and other items as needed
- Works cross-functionally with sales leaders to develop effective and strategic sales meeting decks and hosts meetings as needed
- Continues to maintain current knowledge and trends in hair and competitors
- Product knowledge expert on all OLAPLEX products from pro service rituals to at-home products
