Introduction To The Job
As an IT Security/IAM Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding our digital ecosystem. As part of our IT R&D Software Support team (FC-DevEnv), you will collaborate closely with domain experts and internal stakeholders to embed robust security and IAM practices into our projects and operations. Guided by a senior architect, you’ll contribute to the security roadmap, consult across domains, and provide expert advice on operational and strategic security matters.
Role And Responsibilities
As an IT Security/IAM Architect, you'll:
- Collaborate with domains for various projects & internal customers
- Contribute to Security & IAM topics on the roadmap of the domain, lead by a senior architect
- Consult other architects and domains in security and IAM topics
- Advise on processes and operational issues related to security
- Support collaboration with a nearshoring team for security operational activities
- Advise on immediate threats or high risks related to security, IAM, business continuity and export control
Education And Experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on HighTech products and with complex processes. As IT Applications engineer, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineer. Master’s degree a plus
- 8 years related and proven experience in large technical software development environments
- Thorough experience and knowledge in own specialized field with a good understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles and their context, and knows how to apply in the majority of situations: Linux (RHEL), IAM (Aveksa, Sailpoint), Networking – Architecture, Ticketing system – (Service now, Jira), Scripting language (Python, Bash), knowledge of CI/CD tools and SCM applications and experience with Agile/SAFE way of work

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
