Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities and growth.

• Establish and nurture a strong network of local and regional vendors to meet our customers' needs.

• Provide solutions and support to our production and manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and effective operations.

• Implement strategic business plan, monitor business performance and conduct budget analysis.

• Lead and manage a global team to achieve key business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and a strong sense of partnership.

• Maintain ongoing and regular communication with our vendors including resolve any delivery issues that may arise.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in merchandising with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Possess solid knowledge and experience in home textiles, including items such as pillows, throws, cushions, blankets, kitchen textiles and bath towels etc.

• Proven experience in global sourcing is a must.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.

• Result-oriented, well organized with strong problem-solving skill.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Occasional travel is required.
