What the Role Entails

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Portfolio to support our studios in shaping business strategy, managing portfolio expansion, and delivering data-driven insights and production support. The role partners closely with studio and central leadership, acting as a strategic advisor while working with production leadership to strengthen operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on business and portfolio strategy, including expansion opportunities.
• Lead research and market intelligence on industry trends, player behaviors, and competitors.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor studio performance and product KPIs.
• Collaborate with production leadership to address bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across studios.
• Drive cross-studio initiatives, partnerships, and business cases.
• Support due diligence, integration, and special projects as required.

Who We Look For

• 8+ years of experience in gaming or related industries, with a background in strategy, portfolio management, or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Solid understanding of game development processes and production lifecycles.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including GMs and production leaders, across cultures and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills
