Main tasks:

  • Receive and confirm bookings from suppliers.
  • Send cargo stuffing plans to clients.
  • Arrange bookings with nominated carriers upon receiving client approval.
  • Follow up and ensure data systems are updated in line with customer requirements and related KPIs.
  • Keep clients informed of any changes that may affect the agreed cargo planning.
  • Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected from relevant parties (suppliers, accounting, etc.).
  • Manage and follow up with vendors within your assigned scope.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, carriers, trucking coordinators, etc., to ensure smooth handling of accounts.
  • Prepare operational reports as assigned by the CS Manager or senior executives.
  • Update and comply with all new procedures instructed by clients for your assigned accounts.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Result-oriented with initiative and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in trucking or logistics is a plus.
