Job Summary
As the Senior Director, North America Logistics, you will lead the strategy, scalability and performance of logistics operations across our largest market, including the United States and Canada.
This role will drive improvements in the customer experience and efficiency through process standardization, automation and digitalization. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with market teams, third-party logistics providers and cross-functional departments to enhance cost efficiency, service levels and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role leverages advanced logistics technologies, data analytics and risk management frameworks to strengthen operational resilience and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Leads Greenfield network implementation and on-going continuous improvement activities
- Lead the creation and implementation of transportation strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address customer and business requirements. Keep pace with changing business/economic/regulatory requirements and offer agile and resilient logistics solutions.
- Expand TMS integration and services
- Drive cost and quality improvements while effectively navigating change management
- Oversee all customs compliance, trade regulations and duty mitigation programs (e.g., FTZ, C-TPAT, Duty Drawback)
- Build strong relationships and management program with retail vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure service excellence.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through ambiguity, encouraging resilience, adaptability, and a focus on finding effective ways in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve fill rates, improve speed of delivery and lower logistics costs
- Continuously benchmark and apply best-in class-capabilities and tools to leverage to enable advantages in the marketplace.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing across the supply chain and other functions.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Typically has 15+ years of dynamic job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics operations, or a related field.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding order experiences.
- Analytical approach striving to uncover root causes behind operational trends.
- Thrives in ambiguity; skilled at identifying challenges and building scalable solutions.
- Strong discernment with a sharp understanding of cross-functional dynamics.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at aligning diverse collaborators.
- Successful negotiator with carriers across regional, national, and international levels, including drop-ship capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in transportation systems, with the ability to build tools and reports for operational visibility and control.

The base pay range for this role is $177,650 to $290,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
