• Minimum 10 years of experience on PL1 mainframe programing language
• Experience on Mainframe PL1 coding standards
• Analytical skills ( Defect analysis, Back tracing mechanism, Mainframe system)
• Version control tool P4V
• Checkin- GitHUB, Code Collaborator
• Unit test cases scenarios coverage
• Agile Practice
• User story/ Task and Defect Estimation Techniques
• Defect analysis process
• Manual debugging process (Tracing the code)
• Code review process

Skills:

• Basic Unix commands
• Knowledge on Web services is added advantage
• Knowledge on IMS DB 
• Knowledge on Agile process ( Azure Devops)

Responsibilities:

• E-mail communication
• Raising the risks on-time
• Need to work independently
• Daily sync up call with the client 
• Daily status/ Weekly Status mails 
• Need to meet the velocity
• Demonstration experience

Added Advantage:

• PowerOn programming language
• Cobol programming language
• PowerOn and Cobol coding standards
• Analytical resource
• Experience on MongoDB
