We’re growing our offerings, building on the launch of our successful streaming platform ViX.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Audience Intelligence to lead the Research, Digital, and Customer Service areas for both Streaming and Linear Television operations in the United States and Mexico. Serving audiences across the Americas, including U.S. and Latin American markets, this role is pivotal in shaping audience engagement strategies and guiding content decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader in global strategic research, recognized for expertise in the Hispanic market, and experienced in building and managing multicultural teams. This position requires the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and oversee multiple projects, departments, and initiatives across different markets, while delivering high-quality, actionable insights that drive business impact.

Scope of Responsibilities: United States & Latin America operations, with leadership responsibilities across multiple markets, platforms, and departments.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision for audience intelligence, aligning insights with business strategy across the U.S. and Latin America.
  • Collaborate on global content strategies that serve diverse markets while respecting local cultural and audience nuances.
  • Lead and integrate the Research, Digital, and Customer Service areas to ensure operational excellence.

Audience & Market Insights

  • Identify market trends and transform them into actionable insights that inform programming, marketing, and operational decisions.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources into cohesive, high-impact narratives.
  • Create integrated research methodologies for both U.S. and Latin American markets.
  • Lead multiplatform and multimarket studies, delivering insights that span streaming, linear TV, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop multiplatform metrics frameworks to track and optimize audience engagement.
  • Create analytics frameworks to deepen understanding of content genres and audience behaviors.

Innovation & Methodology

  • Identify and implement new, innovative research methodologies and tools to enhance the quality and depth of audience information.
  • Design and commission industry-focused studies to strengthen market intelligence.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with industry providers and partners.

Communication & Team Leadership

  • Prepare and deliver compelling storytelling using diverse data points, integrating insights from both U.S. and Latin American markets.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire teams, fostering high performance and cross-border collaboration.
  • Act as a recognized industry trendsetter, representing the organization as a thought leader in entertainment audience strategy.

YOU HAVE (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, with substantial exposure to both U.S. and Latin American markets.
  • Proven expertise in global strategic research and audience analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hispanic market and multicultural audience engagement.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple projects and departments across diverse markets.
  • Track record of delivering actionable insights and innovative approaches to research.

PREFERRED

  • Skilled at creating integrated research frameworks for multiple platforms and markets.
  • Adept at identifying and leveraging trends to guide content and strategy.
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Effective community builder with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
