Your Future Team:

We are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join our IT Operations to manage the full lifecycle of IT vendor contracts for a defined portfolio. From driving process improvements, maintaining robust vendor documentation and dashboards, to facilitating vendor meetings and negotiating and renewing small-to-medium contracts. You’ll foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across IT. This role is ideal for a structured, data-driven professional who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders and improving how work gets done.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Contract lifecycle management: Oversee IT vendor contracts from intake through renewals, driving process improvements;
  • Supplier representation and meetings: Facilitate vendor management meetings (e.g., QBRs/MBRs) and ensure actions, risks, and decisions are captured and followed through;
  • Documentation and renewals: Maintain accurate documentation for all vendor contracts, monitor contract expiry dates, and lead renewals for small-to-medium suppliers;
  • VM data and dashboards: Ensure agreed Digital Vendor Management information, tracking, and dashboards are accurate, current, and accessible to relevant IT stakeholders; own data quality and cadence of updates;
  • Negotiations and contracting: Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with small-to-medium suppliers, ensuring alignment to company standards, budget, and risk posture;
  • Relationships and stakeholder management: Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned suppliers and key stakeholders (IT product owners, procurement, legal, security, finance);
  • Demand management support: Support the organization in maturing and optimizing demand management for third-party services and software (intake, qualification, prioritization, and routing to sourcing/VM).

What You Bring:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in vendor management, , commercial operations, or contract administration ideally in IT or technology;
  • Hands-on experience managing contract lifecycles, renewals, and small-to-medium vendor negotiations;
  • Working knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and performance management for IT services;
  • Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency Excel/PowerPoint; interest in dashboards or BI tools is a plus;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience supporting demand intake and standardizing processes/templates.
