Customer Sales Consultant - Albany

We currently have three exciting opportunities available at our AA Centre on Constellation Drive, North Shore:

• Part-Time 1: 19 hours per week
• Part-Time 2: 23 hours per week
• Full-Time (Fixed Term, 12 months): 40 hours per week
• Tuesday (8 hours), Thursday (4 hours), Saturday (7 hours)
• Monday (4 hours), Tuesday (4 hours), Thursday (8 hours), Sunday (7 hours)

• Wednesday – Sunday

What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As the face of the AA in our Constellation Drive Centre, you’ll bring a bubbly personality and customer-first approach to every interaction.

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
• Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
• Handle a variety of tasks, including processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions

• Has proven retail and sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
• Brings a high-energy, positive, and bubbly personality to work every day
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
• Is a natural team player who lifts the energy of those around them
• Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable
• A second language (e.g., Mandarin or other) would be preferred but not essential
