Mission Description

• Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Credit Controller-Kenya, the candidate will be responsible for:-
• 1. Ensuring collection of the organization's debts
• 2. Handle cash accounts and disputes between operations and credit control
• 3. Ensure timely dispatch of all statistics, records, commented balances to relevant parties
• 4. Monitor the performance of debt collectors
• 5. Ensure strict adherence, respect and control of the AL (K) risk Policy
• 6. Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Finance Manager
• 7. Maintain accurate debtors records
• 8. Collect debts from dedicated Accounts
• 9. Follow-up of freight-collect accounts
• 10. Allocate accounts to debt collectors
• 11. Monitor debt age balance
• 12. Allocate credit limits to clients
• 13. Open new accounts and allocate them to debt collectors for follow up
