Job Description

How you will contribute

  • Oversee part of the Flou collection development within the Flou Product Development team.
  • Follow up with every attributed style, coding all models, compiling the bill of materials and transfer of information to suppliers.
  • Participate at handover of sketches from Design to Atelier or external suppliers.
  • Collect information about changes, improvements during fittings and ensure to update technical sheets in PLM.
  • Ensure that prototypes are delivered in time following our company quality standards.
  • Update of PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).
  • Be responsible of the correct handover to production of the garments.
  • Research special workmanships, embroideries and finishing when required.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Development within the Luxury Fashion Industry, ideally with exposure to Flou.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems is essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Effective in managing relationships with Design and Merchandising teams.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
