We are looking for an HR Business Partner / Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our Human Resources team in Istanbul. In this role, you will act as a strategic HR partner for assigned departments while managing compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR reporting processes. You will work closely with our Global HR teams to ensure local practices are fully aligned with global policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Opex, Payroll, and Admin budget & reporting processes, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
  • Oversee payroll control and execution.
  • Design, implement, and manage performance-based compensation and local reward programs.
  • Lead compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and policy implementation aligned with global frameworks.
  • Conduct compensation surveys and ensure competitiveness with market practices.
  • Manage HR Information System (Workday) and maintain HR reporting accuracy.
  • Act as HR Business Partner for assigned departments, supporting all end-to-end HR processes.
  • Partner with Global HR teams to harmonize policies and drive global HR initiatives locally.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and prepare documentation for audits and inspections.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other global HRIS systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
