Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager who thrives on building strategic partnerships, unlocking high-value opportunities, and leading growth. You’ll take charge of expanding our AUTODOC B2B Projects, bringing top European auto parts brands to high-profile wholesalers and distributors. As you deliver results, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team on a country and regional level, shaping our B2B business development and sales strategy.

What You’Ll Do

  • Acquire and manage strategic accounts, focusing on larger wholesalers and distributors.
  • Lead high-impact negotiations and close complex deals that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Oversee the full sales process: from prospecting and solution design to closing contracts and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Develop tailored, high-value solutions for key clients, aligning offers with their long-term business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients to ensure retention and expansion.
  • Coordinate with logistics, export, and service partners to secure competitive rates and ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with accounting, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure service excellence for high-value clients.
  • Use CRM, ERP, and analytics tools to track pipeline health, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present strategic account performance and growth plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members as the sales team expands, contributing to hiring and training initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing B2B client relationships in automotive aftermarket sales, with a focus on larger, strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English and another European Language, preferable German/French/Italian/Spanish
  • Ability to oversee complex negotiations and manage multiple large-scale accounts simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
  • Willingness and readiness to develop new markets, high-profile clients, and new business territories.
  • Skilled at analyzing market data and account performance to design high-impact, tailored solutions.
  • Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
  • Leadership potential with experience mentoring peers or contributing to team development initiatives.
