We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain critical documentation within our data centre operations. This role ensures that all technical, operational, and compliance documents are accurately stored, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document control systems, regulatory requirements, and the fast-paced nature of data centre environments.Job Description
About The Role:
- Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents in accordance with company standards
- Control the intake, classification, and distribution of technical documents (e.g., SOPs, schematics, compliance reports)
- Ensure version control and proper archiving of all documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely updates and retrieval of documents
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a data centre or technical environment
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, Aconex)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
