The Customer Care Advisor (CSA) – Trademark Maintenance is part of the overall Customer Care organization. The CSA is responsible for delivering customer service and support to clients using Clarivate’s Trademark Maintenance services.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in customer service roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient level of English language (B2/C1).
  • Proficient level of German language (B2/C1).

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing B2B role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Consistent, positive attitude and deep customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of trademark lifecycle.
  • Desire to remain in and grow an exciting career within a dynamic, innovative company.

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Deliver professional, high-quality support to a portfolio of trademark renewals clients, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across departments to meet customer expectations and maintain agreed service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, taking prompt action when risks or issues arise.
  • Build deep knowledge of Clarivate’s IP services and tools to provide expert-level assistance and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure that customer profiles are kept up to date in order to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information.
  • Support team members with workload balancing and occasionally manage small projects for existing clients.

Hours Of Work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week. Working from the office will be required during the training period (5 days a week for a period of 6 months)
