Operations Supervisor - Marine

About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President Marine – APAC, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our marine distribution network. You’ll manage the marine requirements for our warehouse and freight operations across our Australian customer base, ensuring smooth sailing from inbound shipments to outbound deliveries and customer returns.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Drive productivity, optimise freight costs, and ensure on-time transport
• Select and manage local, interstate, and courier transport providers
• Maintain DIFOT performance and stock accuracy KPIs
• Influence outcomes and solve problems with a commercial mindset
• Collaborate with sales, product, and global manufacturing teams across North America, Europe, and Asia
• Champion health, safety, and environmental goals

About You

A Suitable Background Would Be:

• 3+ years in logistics and warehouse operations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Deep knowledge of warehousing best practices and 3PL management
• Experience optimising distribution footprints and freight selection
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and presenting data clearly
• A valid passport and willingness to travel (just a little!)
