Qualifications

• Leads with kindness and compassion, meeting clients and staff where they are and promoting health outcomes.
• Strong critical thinking, self-starter, and proven accountability in clinical decision-making.
• Skilled in crisis management, de-escalation, and client safety.
• Computer literate with proficiency in EHR documentation and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Experience in ASAM 3.7 WM or 3.5 residential programs.
• Prior charge/leadership experience with staff assignment and mentoring.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and MOUD.
• Knowledge of CARF, COMAR, CMS standards.
• Training in psychiatric, addiction, or withdrawal management nursing.

Preferred

• Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
