As a Content Platform Lead at Scandic Group Head Office, you will be joining a great team of talented, ambitious and positive people in our Marketing Department. The position sits within the Content Team and is strategic as well as operative. It requires great knowledge and experience of managing content and users in a headless CMS, as well as understanding how the use of Content Platforms can best support content and business requirements going forward. This includes project leading migration of hotel content and data from our legacy CMS into a more scalable solution.

Your responsibilities as a Content Platform Lead will be to ensure that our new CMS is properly configured to meet web content needs, while also creating and applying policies and procedures on how to manage content within the system. This includes setting guidelines for organizing and categorizing content, as well as developing and optimizing the workflows for our users. You will also be responsible for project leading and coordinating migration of hotel content and data from our legacy CMS.

As you will be the go-to person for stakeholders, such as developers, content creators and hotel staff, the position also requires superb abilities to lead, organize, prioritize and collaborate in projects as well as in daily administrative tasks.

Main Activities:

  • Oversee our new and our legacy CMS platform’s day-to-day maintenance.
  • Secure our content platform is fit for content and business requirements.
  • Project Lead next phase of hotel content/data migration, from legacy CMS to a new more scalable solution.
  • Point of contact for users who experience technical issues with our old and new CMS
  • Responsible for creating user accounts and setting appropriate access levels for each user
  • Responsible for providing clear and comprehensive documentation and guidelines on content platform procedures and processes, to ensure consistent use
  • Coordinating content platform requirements.
  • Assist in quality assurance testing to successfully launch new content platform capabilities

Experiences you bring and share with us

  • 5+ years of CMS experience (Episerver and Contentstack preferred)
  • Project management experience
  • Product Information Management experience
  • Experience writing technical requirements, liaising between the business and development teams
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Content marketing experience in hospitality industry preferred

Information about the position

The position is a 12-month full-time temporary cover for parental leave, running from October 1, 2025, to October 1, 2026, and is located at Scandic Group Head Office in Stockholm. You will report to the Head of Content & Editorial.
