We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to oversee day-to-day ICT operations and help us deliver a secure, reliable and forward-looking technology environment.

This is a full-time onsite role, with minimal travel to our Repurpose It site.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the IT help desk and ensuring smooth resolution of issues.
• Overseeing both new and existing network infrastructure.
• Providing support for business applications across the organisation.
• Leading daily cybersecurity operations to protect systems and data.
• Managing and delivering a portfolio of cybersecurity projects.
• Maintaining system performance and ensuring business continuity.
• Managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements in ICT operations.
• Supporting staff with training, system knowledge, and security awareness.

About You:

• Proven experience managing ICT operations, networks, applications, and help desk functions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles with experience leading or contributing to cyber projects.
• Hands-on technical ability combined with confidence in managing multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with the ability to partner across teams and vendors.
