Your Day To Day:

• Take ownership of day-to-day bar and gaming operations with a hands-on approach.
• Train and develop your team. Ensuring all staff are briefed on bar and gaming activities.
• Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
• Setup and reset the bar and bistro, including function activities as required.
• Support the management of our accommodation facilities, ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

What We Need From You:

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of gaming and bar operations.
• Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification.
• Be a team player, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
• Welcome and inclusive character with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
• Keno Writer and/or Senior Keno Writer would be advantageous.
