About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile team. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams operating within a Scrum delivery model. 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and refinement session. 
• Champion Scrum and/or SAFe practices, tailoring approaches to meet team and organizational needs.
• Empower teams to take ownership of delivery and decision-making, while guiding them to self-organize.
• Identify and remove impediments at the team and program level, escalating when needed.
• Foster psychological safety and support healthy team dynamics and collaboration.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX, and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
• Drive transparency through information radiators (e.g., dashboards, Jira boards, team metrics).
• Encourage exploration of emerging tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or others that can streamline workflow and spark innovation

What You'Ll Bring

• Total 6+ Years. Relevant 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 
• Deep understanding of Scrum, with hands-on experience supporting SAFe environments
• Track record of building high-performing, transparent, and collaborative Agile teams
• Proficient in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) required
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering and product
• Curiosity about applying AI responsibly in Agile delivery
