Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs and angel investors from Silicon Valley and India, we make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly using various payment methods.\ \ Overview\ We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. You will assist in various HR functions and contribute to our growth. You will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and employee engagement initiatives.\ \ What you will do

• Source and attract candidates for non-tech roles via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and campus outreach.
• Screen CVs, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
• You will be working closely with the founder’s office team.
• Plan and organise fun, inclusive events for festivals, cultural days, or team celebrations.

What we’re looking for 

• Students or recent graduates (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields).
• Creative approach to sourcing and employer branding.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

💰Stipend - 30000

⌛Duration - 6 Months with full-time conversion based on performance

📍Location - WFO, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
