We’re looking for a bold, fashion-obsessed Store Manager to lead our team at Glue Store Rouse Hill.
Glue Store is the go-to destination for streetwear and youth culture. From global icons to exclusive drops, we bring the freshest fashion straight to the floor. About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Rouse Hill store — setting the tone, driving sales, and leading your team to smash targets and create standout customer experiences.

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in store management (fashion retail preferred)
• Strong leadership skills — you lead from the front and inspire performance
• Results-driven with a strong focus on sales, KPIs, and store success
• Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and premium streetwear
• Skilled in operations, stock management, rostering & reporting
• A natural communicator with strong people and performance skills
• High attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising
