Paint Sprayer/Adhesive/Flock Sprayer - AFTERNOON Shift - $23.13/hour

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paint/Adhesive/Flock Sprayer, based out of our Charlestown, Indiana location. The Paint/Adhesive/Flock Sprayer will report to the Shift Supervisor.
Our ideal candidate:
• Must be able to stand/walk greater than 7.5 hours a day
• Must be able to perform finger and hand dexterity 80% in an 8 hour day
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, push, and pull frequently
• Must be able to wear a Particulate Respirator and earplugs
• Must be able to wear safety glasses
• Must pass a physical exam in order to wear respirator equipment if hand spraying on paint line 3 “frequency as required per safety regulations”
• Must be able to wear a respirator for the full shift if hand spraying 7.5 hours per day
• Must be able to hand spray product manually holding arms up 7.5 hours per day
• Must be able to wear coveralls
• Must be able to work in a non-control plant (High heat possible)
• Must be able to 5S’ daily
