Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Student Assistant, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Zagreb, Croatia. Together, we work on managing and maintaining merchants' data, support sales activities, and participate in system testing and merchant's training.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Entry, control, and updating of merchants' master data in company systems,
• Communication with merchants and other internal organizational units via phone or written correspondence,
• Collection of contractual documentation and conducting due diligence of merchants,
• Technical support for merchants and the Sales Department in sales activities,
• Maintenance of the merchants' database,
• Training of merchants,
• Participation in application testing and new functionalities according to defined test scenarios.

• Essential Qualifications: 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
