The Subrogation First Notice of Loss Examiner will review all claims reported to Universal for subrogation potential. They will ensure that the necessary information and evidence are gathered to increase the chances of a subrogation recovery.

• Analyze daily assigned insurance claims to determine and identify opportunities for subrogation recovery
• Collaborate with insurers and other parties to gather necessary documentation and evidence for supporting subrogation efforts
• Utilize investigative skills to research and validate claims, ensuring all possible recovery avenues are explored
• Maintain comprehensive records of all subrogation activities, including correspondence details, in the company's claim handling system
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve knowledge and skills related to subrogation and claims handling
• Work closely with subrogation claims adjusters and investigators to ensure a seamless and efficient subrogation process
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, during the subrogation process
